Paul loves to train and spends as much time as he can doing so, and believes that one of the best ways to be motivated to train hard and train frequently is to make sure your training regimen is not only comprehensive, practical, and rigorous, but also FUN! If you aren't having fun while training, you won't be motivated to train as frequently as you should, or push the boundaries of your abilities to develop new ones.
